COVID-19 Information

Cleanliness

Any item that is used on a customer-by-customer basis is being constantly cleaned throughout the day.  We want to make sure you have the best and safest experience while you are here with us so we are doing everything we can to keep the store as clean as possible.  If at any point you would like something cleaned before you throw or use it, let us know.  Also, we recommend that each customer wash their hands before and after throwing to help keep a fun and safe atmosphere for everyone.

How old do you have to be?

Our waivers allow for anyone age 5 and up.

Do I need to make an appointment?

Appointments are recommended.  Friday-Sunday can fill up fast, so booking online is recommended.  Walk-ins are welcome but could end up on a wait list.  For parties of 20 or more, email our event coordinator Alex at:

alex@socalaxe.com or call 844-476-2252 Ext. 4.

Can I bring in my own axes to throw?

We allow customers to bring in their own stuff to throw, however, it needs to be cleared by our coaches.  So just let them know what you have to throw when you arrive.

Do I need to wear closed toe shoes?

It is recommended that you do, however, sandals or other footwear is ok.  Just no bare-foot throwing.

Can we bring in food and/or drinks?

We allow you to bring in your own food and non-alcoholic drinks.  

What happens if we are late?

If you know that you will be late by 5 or more minutes give us a call at 844-476-2252 so that our coaches can hold the lanes you reserved. If you don't give us a call and you are 10 or more minutes late we reserve the right to give your lanes away to the next costumer who is ready to throw. 

Do you offer Military and/or First Responder discounts?

We are a veteran owned company, so in honor of your service, enjoy  a  $5  discount  for  your  group.  You must have a valid ID and present it at the time of payment.  This discount can't be combined with any other offers, discounts or promotions.     Valid for service members only.    One  discount  per  group.  

Why do I have to put a card on file when making a reservation?

We now require that all guests put a card on file when booking reservations.  This card is just a placeholder and will not be charged unless you fail to make your reservation OR not everyone in your group paid for their time when finished.  Any reservation not canceled within 24 hours is subject to being charged the rate of one person per lane that was reserved.  Also, any party that leaves without paying in full will be charged whatever the difference is plus a 20% convenience fee.  There are example of how these potential charges would work when booking your reservation.  

Can I pay for my time with the card on file from when I made the reservation?

The card on file from when you booked your reservation is only in case of no show or in the case your group leaves and not all customers were paid for.  Once you finish throwing you'll make your payment. You may still use the card on file however, you will need to present it at the time of payment since we wont be able to pull the cards information at that time.
