Rewards may not be redeemed with any other offers or promotions.

Any group that is booked through our event coordinator does not qualify for point acquisition or redemption.

Corporate events, or groups similar to that type, will not qualify for point acquisition or redemption.

Our coaches have the right to refuse the acquisition or redemption of points and rewards based on group type and size at any time.

At any time your points and/or rewards may be adjusted without warning.

Points and rewards never expire.

Examples of the fine print:

1. Say your company has a holiday party or team building event with us.  Unfortunately that event would not qualify towards the acquisition or redemption of points and rewards.
2. Say you have an event with us and you input your phone number to acquire points on that transaction.  Say that bill is $1500, which would equal 10 free hours of throwing in rewards.  If that transaction is noticed by one of our coaches and/or managers at a later time, unfortunately, we would go into that account and adjust the points and rewards earned for that specific transaction.
